droppGroup is expanding its teams in Pakistan. We are seeking talented and innovative AI Engineers to join our full-time, on-site dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and implementing machine learning models and AI-driven features for our VR/AR applications and games. You will collaborate closely with developers and designers to enhance user experiences through advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-time applications in VR/AR environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI functionalities into Unity-based projects.
• Conduct research on cutting-edge AI techniques to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Implement robust data processing and analysis pipelines to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain thorough documentation for AI processes and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Unity integrations and C# is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably within gaming or VR/AR contexts.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
